Stu Larsen is readying his new EP, Ryeford, for release the coming April, the 11th to be exact. The EP was recorded last September with the help of Luke Thompson and Tim Hart to name a couple, and our attention has already been stolen away by Larsen and co. via the gorgeous sound of ‘Paper Sails’. The track features dusty percussion and passionate lyrics such as “I will fight for you”. Larsen’s claims are fulfilled by means of the sheer determination of ‘Paper Sails’, which utilises all its instrumental energy to power through until the song’s 3 minute end point.

Stu Larsen has also uploaded a lovely little window into the recording process behind Ryeford on youtube, the video includes snatches of what Ryeford has to bring to the table.
