Manchester four-piece Money introduced their new single ‘SOLONG (GODISDEAD)’ last week. The track, backed with ‘I’ll Be the Night’, will be released on Almost Musique on the 14th of May and is available for pre-order from here.

‘SOLONG (GODISDEAD)’ is perfect in terms of its composition, which sees a combination of soft drums and choral vocals culminate in compact and understated peaks over the song’s five minute duration. Further to this, the addition of the wistful guitar melody that sits just behind the track’s foreground is a gorgeous touch that leaves a real impression on the listener.

The video for ‘SOLONG (GODISDEAD)’ is spell-binding once it gets going. By way of its soft focus shots and layered images it gels beautifully with the song’s spiralling melody and will have you itching to replay the whole thing all over again.
